Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

 

You may return or exchange any t-shirt purchased from Sobrietees within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

 

Return or Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

 

Receive Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Package Your Item: Securely package the t-shirt along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

 

Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

If you are exchanging the item, we will ship the replacement t-shirt to the address provided during the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will either issue a refund or charge the difference, depending on the circumstances.
